Research Of The Automobile After-Sales Service System And Security Of Data Exchange Based On The ASP Platform

The level of after-sales service has become one of the pivotal factors in order to get success in the competitiveness automobile market. In recent years, the level of after-sales service of our country's automobile industry has been greatly improved. However, many automobile manufacturers' after-sales service still has the problems of backward way of handling business, slow information dissemination, high error rate, inefficiencies and etc, which greatly influence the quality of after-sales service. Informationization provides a practical means to improve the quality of after-sales service of the enterprises. Therefore many large-scale automobile manufactures have established their own after-sales service management system. However, the small and medium automobile manufactures, because of lacking of technology and funds, are hard to established the similar system independently and have to seek others ways. The automobile industry chain cooperation platform is based on the ASP model to provide a third-party services platform, which provides a new channel for our country's small and medium automobile manufactures' after-sales service system.The thesis researches the primary operations of after-sales service in detail based on the after-sale service's actuality of one automobile manufacture in Shan Dong province. On this foundation, the after-sales service system based on the ASP platform is brought forward by combining the automobile industry chain cooperation platform. The main content in this thesis includes:(1) The primary operations of the after-sales service and the users' expectation of the future system are analyzed in detail.(2) The solution of the after-sales service system is designed. And the system's main functions and structure are also introduced and designed.(3) The system's database is designed and optimized.(4) The security problems during data exchange are analyzed. And then, the solution of the problems is designed and got implementation.(5) The conclusion of the main work and the expectation of the future work are put forward at the end of the thesis.
