With the intensification of market competition,the competition for resources among enterprises has been upgraded from the competition of primary material resources to the competition of advanced human resources.Therefore,talent recruitment has become one of the management challenges that companies are paying more and more attention to.However,the acquisition of talents through traditional recruitment methods is not only costly and long-term,but also cannot accurately identify the talents that enterprises really need.Therefore,in today's increasingly popular social networking network,the recruitment model based on social network analysis has become one of the paths for accurate recruitment of enterprise talents.This study takes Hefei Sail Media as the research object,first analyzes the current situation of Sailco's human resource management,and based on this,improves the newer model based on social recruitment.Through the literature,the theoretical basis of this research was collected and compiled,and the social network and social network recruitment were analyzed.Then,the current situation of human resources management of Hefei Sail Media was introduced,and the company's series of talent recruitment was pointed out.The problem;Secondly,based on the company's talent recruitment problem,the model of social network recruitment is proposed: constructing a social network recruitment platform and establishing a job competency model.Finally,this study evaluates the effectiveness of the company's social network recruitment. |
