Social recruiting is a recruitment methods based on social networkingsites, mainly including Weibo, general social network and Professional SocialNetwork. Social recruiting has advantage in transparency, efficiency,interaction and connections, while faced with many problems, like privacyconcerns and authenticity. The past study about social recruiting mainlyfocused on the recruitment itself, ignoring the feature of the social media.This thesis based on the feature of the social media, distinguish the socialrecruiting platforms as Weibo, Renren.com and Professional Social Network,for the first time study the Social recruiting via the Uses and Gratificationstheory. |
