The rapid development of mobile communication technology has brought tremendous changes to people's lives.Traditional macro-base stations have some disadvantages,such as large size,difficult installation,tedious maintenance,difficult beautification,and so on.They bring resistance to installation,especially in dense commercial pedestrian streets,underground shopping malls,urban villages or back streets,and ancient towns and villages.The signal is weak in some special scenarios,which affects the user experience.Starting from this problem,this thesis uses miniaturized base station to replace the macro base station,studies the miniaturized base station coverage scheme and application strategy to solve the problem of poor signal coverage in specific scenarios.Firstly,this thesis introduces the radio wave propagation mechanism,radio wave propagation model and radio wave propagation model suitable for microcell cell.In this thesis,three kinds of radio wave propagation mechanisms and their significance in different environments,namely,free space propagation,reflection propagation and other propagation,are introduced,and the characteristics and specific models of empirical model,stochastic model and deterministic model are expatiated.The propagation model includes two-ray model,multi-ray model,multi-slot seeding model and Lund model.Then,the characteristics of miniaturized base station and macro base station are introduced respectively.From the perspective of application scenarios,the disadvantages of using macro base station in some specific scenarios are illustrated.Miniaturized base station is the best alternative.For the micro base station,pico base station and flying base station,this thesis analyzes the system architecture of micro base station,distributed skin/fly base station and integrated skin/fly base station.According to the characteristics of three miniaturized base stations and system architectures of micro base station,pico base station and femto base station and their applicable environments,the micro base station coverage scheme and application strategy,distributed skin/fly base station coverage scheme and application strategy are integrated,and skin/flying base station coverage scheme and application strategy.Finally,combining the theoretical scheme with the practical application,the experimental site is the district located between Changgang Road and Xinhuang Road in Jianghan District,Wuhan City.According to the characteristics of the district itself,the micro-base station coverage scheme is selected to provide signal coverage for the district.The micro-base station equipment is AAU3240 produced by Huawei,and the detailed site is given.Setting and base station beautifying camouflage scheme,after installation,the signal strength in the cell is measured,the measurement results are summarized and analyzed,and the base station position fine-tuning scheme is given according to the analysis results,that passed the second verification.And verified the effectiveness of the fine-tuning scheme through a second experiment.
