ABSTRACT:Human resources are strategic resources for modern enterprises, but also business development one of the most crucial factor. Human resources development and management of more and more importance for the enterprises has become the core of modern enterprise management. Institutions in a market economy under the new situation, the demand for talent has become increasingly fierce competition, the flow of talent has become the enterprises employing aspects of the new features. Radio stations as institutions, human resources and training aspects of the use is very important, but the existing talent to the most scientific and most reasonable way to configure is an important subject of human resources for the radio station itself, who will have a more important significance.This article from the allocation of human resources, to radio stations as an example of human resource management and institutions in the personnel structure of an analysis configuration. Related to domestic and international perspectives as a starting point, on the current radio configuration in the human analysis of the issues presented and resolved, talent assessment, performance appraisal, personnel flow, personnel incentives and other aspects of optimizing allocation of human resources structure described. And for the ongoing reform of institutions and broadcasters to "Separation of Production and Broadcast" proposed innovative human resources point of view.
