Radio Microwave Propagation In Urban Area Analysis, Prediction And Evaluation

With developing of wireless communication technology, now there are huge wireless communication networks instead of point to point or point to multi points networks at beginning. With the big radio networks, it's very complex to estimate the pass loss when radio signal spreads through various terrains. At same time, it's very important to get the singnal pass loss when the singnal spreading within city.Through getting the pass loss of radio wave spreade within city, this thesis built models for radio wave prediction. This thesis described several of models for radio wave prediction, point each models use condition and difference, give a survey for common radio wave prediction models.Use special tool with radio wave prediction models, with inputting location of site, antenna height, direction and e electronic map data, give radio wave signal strength and pass loss prediction within special area, give advices and evaluation for radio network plan.Combination with various sample of real drive test of signal strength, adapt radio wave spreade model parameters, make it more accurate and give help to network design.
