Study On The Trial-production Quality Control Of The Server Motherboard

As the basic carrier to provide network services,the server plays a key role in the transformation and upgrading of big data and new industry market.The further development of cloud computing market,while mobile payment,OTO applications,social networking and other rapid expansion,providing a solid foundation for the development of the server.Each manufacturer regard the server motherboard production project as a key section in the manufacturing process,in which the quality control of trial production is an important basis for judging whether the production stage can be put into mass production stage.At present,the research on the product quality control in this field at home and abroad is not widespread,especially in the trial-production of the server motherboard,the quality control research is scarce.Therefore,this paper analyzes the problem of quality control in the trial-production of the server motherboard.Firstly,based on the quality control theory system of the server motherboard trial-production and the related quality management knowledge,product development,product interaction design theory basis,analyse the current situation of the trial-production of the server motherboard,summarizes the problems existing in the process and management and puts forward the improvement measures.Subsequently according to the quality control strategy formulation,the process optimization deficiencies in current domestic production market,put forward the improvement method,provide reliable basis for the "trial-production strategy theoretical system”.Finally,according to specific problems,the trial-production of PCB deformation and SMT overload furnace buckle double metal warping problem,to take corresponding improvement measures to solve the problem,the test results show that the improvement effect is remarkable.This paper from the aspects of theory and application to analyze the quality control problems of the server motherboard trial-production,and the purpose is to provide a theoretical basis of the quality control for the server manufacturing enterprise,at the same time to provide the quality control implementation strategy and practice experience for the server motherboard trial-production.
