With the rapid development of manufacturing industry in China,the demand for industrial robots is increasing.The number of existing robots is far from enough to meet the demand.The large load industrial robots,especially in most enterprises and factories,not only rely on foreign imports for a long time,but also have serious dependence on foreign countries in maintenance,renewal and transformation.Because of the late start of industrial robots in China and the international technical security,the performance of industrial robots produced by most of the domestic robot manufacturers at the present stage can not meet the actual needs of the current enterprises and factories.Therefore,the domestic market is badly in need of a home-made high load industrial robot with relatively high accuracy and stability to relieve the pressure from its tiny market share.At present,from the reference point of view,most of the focus of research and development of domestic robot is on its function,most of which is to meet a certain function and study the robot,but there is little systematic research on a high-precision and multi-functional robot which can achieve many different industrial production uses.The FR210R27001 robot in this paper is a large and high-precision industrial robot developed by the Yantai Eddie Precision Machinery Co.,Ltd.It aims to relieve the stress of supply and demand in China and break the situation of excessive dependence on foreign products and strive to occupy a place in the robot market.This paper,referring to the existing experience of robot manufacturing in China,first roughly determines the design scheme of the robot body,and on the basis of obtaining the three-dimensional model of the ontology,the finite element simulation analysis is carried out on the body parts of the robot,and the shortcomings of the robot design scheme are found as much as possible in the preparatory stage.And do it with improvement.According to the different design schemes,the finite element analysis is done respectively,and the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme are selected as the choice.Finally,the design scheme to meet the operating state of the robot is determined.In the development and trial production of the robot reducer,the feasibility of establishing the virtual prototype model of the reducer and the theoretical results according to the design scheme is compared with the theoretical results,and the different processing technology,processing tooling and different detection schemes are designed for the precision of the different key parts of the reducer.Finally,after the reducer assembly is completed,the test operation and fatigue test are carried out.In order to ensure the stability of the reducer,the specific situation of the problems in the test is analyzed in detail.In this paper,the practical production is guided by simulation,and the closed-loop R & D method of the improved design scheme is fed through the actual production process to ensure the smooth progress of the FR210R27001 robot research and development process.In the process of prototype trial production,we find out the lack of theory and technology to learn and improve,follow up the problems in the process of trial and development of the whole R & D,and prepare the foundation for the later trial production of other different types of higher precision industrial robots.
