Brief Account And Case Study Of Rare Ancient Books In Hunan Normal University School Of History And Culture

Literature and classics are not only important historical materials for historical research,but also precious paper cultural relics.Ancient books have always been the focus of documents,and the distribution of ancient books in our country is scattered.Libraries,museums,institutions,university libraries,and private residences at all levels have collected various kinds of ancient books.Among them,the most important and special ones are the ancient books stored in the university libraries.Due to the concentration of professionals and the strong pertinence,the collation of ancient books and documents collected by universities is relatively good,and the utilization rate is also the highest..The ancient book room of the School of History and Culture of Hunan Normal University contains a number of ancient books,totaling 9,487 volumes and481 species.All of them are line books.The content involves many aspects and is of considerable value.A large part of them are still rare books printed by celebrities,but they have not received attention for various reasons.The author has the privilege of participating in the collation of these ancient books and has the opportunity to study these ancient books.In this paper,the famous characters printed in these ancient books are used as rare books,and this group of rare books is used as the research object to explore its content,circulation and value of these books.They mainly start from the following aspects:The first part introduces the general situation of these ancient books in the ancient book room of the School of History and Culture of Hunan Normal University.In addition to combing out its historical sources and explaining its existing situation,it also puts forward some suggestions for the management,protection and use of these ancient books.Finally,the circulation and value of the rare books printed by various celebrities are emphatically described.The second part lists the documents donated by five book collectors,Renkainan,Chenyuxin,Tan Yanfu,Huangzitong,and Li Mojun,in the rare books of these ancient books,in the form of narrative records,and indicates the collections contained in these rare books.Seal.The third part is also a narrative,but most of the lists are other rare books and general ancient books with important seals.The first part is mostly the seal of books collected by various key colleges in the country,and the latter part is Hunan Normal University in different historical periods.The seal left.The fourth part is to select two ancient books from these rare books as examples,namely,"The militia of ancient times" and "Hunan County Investigation Notes",and carry out a detailed analysis,mainly from the author,writing background,content and value of these two ancient books.
