Abstract/Summary:
Industrial Internet of Things is a cross-network system of Internet of Things and Internet services,which relies on the support of ubiquitous perception,virtual reality,network security,artificial intelligence,big data and other emerging information technologies to realize the intelligent interaction between industrial data flow and industrial equipment software and hardware in the whole process of industrial manufacturing.Industrial IoT integrates the sensing control nodes,that have data perception and status monitoring capabilities,with advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence,which makes it penetrate into the whole life cycle of industrial control and equipment manufacturing.As a product of the deep combination of IoT and industrial manufacturing,the emergence of industrial IoT further promotes the deep integration of industrialization and informationization.It provides the traditional industrial manufacturing process with informationization,networking and intelligence enhancement,and realizes the leapfrog development from industrial "manufacturing" to industrial "intelligent manufacturing",which greatly promotes the development of intelligent manufacturing and the transformation and upgrading of industry.In the increasingly complex industrial IoT environment,a series of security issues and threats have arisen subsequently.The security of wireless data communication between various intelligent devices is a major challenge for the industrial IoT,as the diversification of terminal structures and the complexity of information transmission between terminals are prevalent in the industrial IoT.The ever-changing viruses and cyber attacks make the data generated and used by industrial devices,as well as the information systems and upper layer applications that provide support for these data can become potential malicious attack targets.The problem of insufficient data communication security has become one of the major bottlenecks limiting the development of the Industrial Internet of Things.This thesis meticulously analyzes and elaborates the research status and development trend of industrial IoT communication technology at home and abroad.On this basis,the research on key technologies of industrial Internet of Things secure communication,such as redundant collaborative security communication technology,missing data prediction technology,and sensitive resource security access control technology,what are oriented to the data communication transmission process of the Industrial Internet of Things.The main work contains the following aspects:(1)A secure communication architecture for the Industrial Internet of Things is designed.Based on the existing communication architecture of intelligent production line system,this paper designs a three-layer architecture for industrial IoT security communication,which revolves around the requirements of the Industrial Internet of Things for information data in terms of original data concealment,transmission process confidentiality,data integrity,authenticity and availability.The architecture divides the security communication network of the intelligent production line into three parts: the instrument device layer,the data perception transmission layer and the access control management layer,and further integrates the three aspects of perception data encryption,encrypted data security transmission,and data resource access control,that are key supporting technologies for secure communication.It realizes the enhancement of the security of the whole cycle of data sensing,transmission and access control from the instrumentation layer to the control management layer,and meets the needs of industrial instrumentation information in secure data communication.(2)A multi-path redundant cooperative secure communication method for Industrial Internet of Things is proposed.In view of the problem that the traditional single-path communication method of the Industrial Internet of Things cannot effectively guarantee the confidentiality,integrity and authenticity of sensitive information transmission,this paper proposes a multi-path redundant cooperative secure communication method for the Industrial Internet of Things,and builds a multipath redundant cooperative secure communication model by studying the correlation between the number of nodes,threshold parameters,and redundant channels.In addition,based on multi-dimensional communication state parameters,this paper optimizes the sensor protocols for information via negotiation protocol and establishes a multi-path encrypted communication mechanism,which is mainly based on the multithreshold signature algorithm,and the improved adaptive negotiation plane routing protocol cooperates with the primary and secondary communication paths.The method improves the complexity of industrial IoT data communication encryption,reduces the probability of the initial sensed data being captured as a whole,and meets the requirements of confidentiality and fault tolerance of multi-source and multidimensional industrial data transmission in complex environments such as electromagnetic interference.(3)A prediction method for missing data of IIoT communication is proposed.Aiming at the periodic lack of time series communication data of intelligent instruments and equipment caused by external electromagnetic interference,network penetration attacks,misoperation and other factors in the industrial Internet of Things communication environment,this paper proposes a neural network-based missing data prediction method for industrial IoT communication,and determines the missing data prediction mechanism using the long short-term memory network LSTM model for initial prediction and the multilayer perceptron MLP model for prediction error correction by focusing on analyzing and studying the error accumulation phenomenon when relying on the traditional single forecasting model for multi-period forecasting.On the basis of the multi-path redundant cooperative security communication method for the communication and transmission of multi-source and multi-dimensional data of the Industrial Internet of Things,this method realizes the accurate prediction and recovery of the missing communication data of the Industrial Internet of Things,and ensures the integrity of the communication data.(4)A secure access control method for sensitive resources of IIoT is proposed.Aiming at the problems of unauthorized access of external users to the communication network and the lack of dynamic and flexible authorization mechanism for sensitive resource management of key equipment in the access to multi-granularity sensing information in the industrial Internet of Things environment,this paper proposes a security access control method for sensitive resources in the Industrial Internet of Things,and constructs a security access control model with multi-attribute dynamic coordination by analyzing the dynamic association laws between various permissions and roles,scenarios,and resources.The method determines a multi-granularity sensitive resource dynamic access mechanism combining roles and attributes,realizes the relative isolation of industrial sensitive information and hierarchical dynamic access control,and improves the security of sensitive resource information access control.(5)Test and validation are carried out for the intelligent production line environment of industrial IoT.In this paper,an intelligent production line system communication network simulation model based on the industrial Internet of Things multi-path redundant cooperative security communication method is established.A comprehensive prediction algorithm verification model for the missing data of industrial Internet of Things communication for multi-granularity sensing data such as temperature,humidity and vibration is constructed.An intelligent production line access control subsystem based on the security access control method of sensitive resources of industrial Internet of Things is designed.Based on the above models and systems,the corresponding research contents and key technical achievements of the industrial Internet of Things data transmission security issues,communication data integrity issues,and sensitive information access security issues are tested and verified.This thesis is supported by the National Key Research and Development Program undertaken by the laboratory.The research content of this thesis covers several key issues in the field of industrial IoT secure communication,which can provide a certain reference basis for future research on industrial IoT communication security.
