With the development of society, information technology is gradually permeate all sectors and play a huge role in terms of medical equipment for hospitals, too, in the past the hospital equipment management take artificial accounting method to complete the purchase of equipment, storage, a library, maintenance, scrap and so on. Not only workload, slow, and carry out statistical work quite cumbersome equipment, equipment appeared inefficient allocation of resources did not fully utilize other issues. With the continuous development of the hospital, the hospital popularization of information technology and extensive application of information technology medical equipment is an inevitable trend of modern hospital of scientific development.Liaocheng People’s Hospital has been named the top three hospitals and provincial Regional Medical Center, on the level of medical equipment management requirements increasingly high demand HIS system through analysis of the current situation, to further define the development goals of hospital information from medical starting whole chain equipment management, the use of hospital information management system, improve the management of medical equipment, improve equipment utilization, optimize the allocation of resources to enable the hospital to get the best benefits. The main work of this paper is to develop applicable to the hospital equipment management system. First, the system uses UML modeling tools for requirements analysis work to C# development language, ORACL database, hospital local area network as a platform for C/S architecture design patterns. Secondly, specific functions for modeling and detailed design based on the model; and finally, analyze specific module function, design database table structure and related constraints.Currently, the system has been on-line use, and have achieved good results, has been recognized by the hospital.
