Newspapers are the earliest media in the world.However,with the rapid development of the Internet,The domestic and international newspaper industry has fallen into an unprecedented crisis,predictive assertions such as the newspapers "winter" or " die out " that have emerged around the world have attracted the attention and concern of the journalism and media circles.In this context,Xinjiang newspapers are also aware of their own predicament.Actions have been taken to promoted newspapers to take the path of media integration and transformation in the context of new media.However,because of the slow development of newspapers in Xinjiang,there is no perfect management and mature reference.After more than ten years of exploration and practice,the media fusion transformation is still in the embarrassing situation of crossing the river by feeling the stones.The new media is constantly dividing to occupy the weight of the newspaper.The market share of newspapers,the trust of readers,the development space and brand value have fallen sharply,which has brought serious impacts on newspapers such as sharp decline in circulation,loss of readers,and decline in advertising revenue.take the media integration and transformation into the starting point of this article and the driving force for the realization of research value.It is also the need for Xinjiang newspaper industry managers to integrate in the media.The subject that is constantly explored and realized in practice.To this end,this article uses business management,journalism and communication and other related knowledge,study of the theory and research results of domestic and foreign newspaper media,based on the Xinjiang newspapers in the context of new media,around the three In the effort to practice the reality of media fusion and transformation of newspapers,based on the analysis of domestic and foreign literature and related theories,Focus on the analysis of the media interaction and interaction phenomenon in Xinjiang newspapers,which comprehensively analyses the internal and external environment of Xinjiang newspapers,and further discusses the main dilemmas faced by Xinjiang newspapers through field research and questionnaire survey.Finally,based on the research and analysis of the previous four parts,this tractate concludes that Xinjiang newspapers must continue to unswervingly follow the path of media integration,and reform from the institutional mechanism,stabilize the advertising market,reshape the brand culture,keep the content as the king,and improve the market supervision.And the construction of the "all-round" news talent team at six points,the development strategy of Xinjiang newspaper media integration under the background of new media.trying to explore the feasible path of Xinjiang newspapers to realize the concept of media integration under the background of new media.It is hoped that through this research,Xinjiang newspapers will find a scientific and rational sustainable development path as soon as possible under the impact of new media,and provide reference for the rapid development of Xinjiang newspapers.
