Design And Implementation Of Digital Campus Information Platform

In the 21st century,the information industry has changed the main creation and production mode.Recording pattern is changing from paper into digital one.The thinking model of human being is changed by the network quickly.The way of living,communication and management are changed by network.The information interaction becomes to more precise and quick.The digital management platform of WUXI Police Academy was founded based on the modern management philosophies which are informatization and standardization.The platform was built for the purpose of obtaining a new police training platform and it includes digital database,hot plug module level,processed work management,personalized operation interface et al.The data abstraction management was adopted for document solutions.By doing this,the online resources were calculated and integrated and the multiple information for teaching,logistics,student and instructors can be searched in real-time.In this thesis,the digital construction for campus was studied.The whole digital framework of the campus was designed based on the modern development trend of informationalized college and the development program of our own.The problems of scattered systems and over time input were solved by the ID certification and personal portal of the platform.As a result,the system was effectively integrated and real-time data was published.By using the new platform,the students and teachers are able to obtain mutual information and handle work in a processing way which lead the Administrative Details to be handled more efficient.Based on different service object,the system was divided into: student system for entering training,teaching system for manager,logistics system for policing support department and evaluating system for different index.The above systems belong to the whole system but independent to each other.Now the system has been on-line officially run for half a year long,data system has more than 20,000,effectively improve the teaching resources integration efficiency,simplifying the office means,police receive praise.In this thesis,the sub-systems of the whole system were studied in detail and the requirement of business management for the people's police training school of WUXI Police Bureau was satisfied.
