Research On Model Construction Of Technology Immersive Digital Campus

Digital Campus is a kind of Educational Informatization environment based on digital information and Internet by using computer and network technology, which is in order to collect, to deal with, to integrate, to store, to delivery and to apply the information of teaching, researching, management and service in school that makes it possible for the optimum usage of digital resource. The high speed development of IT(Information Technology) and the castigation of traditional Digital Campus are the reasons to put forward the blueprint of this new school shape named "Technology Immerion School ".Technology Immersive digital campus is a complicated ecosystem that can keep sustainable development composed of following components:robust Internet access service for school and classrooms, advanced and efficient hardware facilities, technical and pedagogical support for teaching procedure, professional development for educators in using technology effectively, readily available curricular and assessment resources that support the state’s foundation curriculum, and technical support for teaching affair administration.This paper compares nowadays digital campus to Technology Immersive digital campus and focus on the aspects of features, construction patterns, construction goals etc.of the latter. And then, it puts forward the model of technology immersive digital campus combined the experience of TIP (The Technology Immersion Pilot) project in Texas. At last, this research comes up with a suit of assessment dimensions aim at Technology Immersive Digital Campus based on the analysis of assessment criteria in different cities, and then it discusses the direction of school reform.Based on the idea above, this research unfolds in five chapters:Chapter One is Introduction, which is the presentation about background, research actuality, idea, method and significance of this research.Chapter Two is the Analysis of Digital Campus and Technology Immersive Digital Campus. As the development of digital campus limits in times, this thesis expound its essential notions by ages, and concludes the comprehensive definition. It analyzes the features of Technology Immersive Digital Cmapus. So its characteristics would be the points below:good atmosphere of automatic study in school, robust Internet access service and efficient hardware facilities, technical and pedagogical support for teaching procedure, sustainable professional development for educators.Chapter Three is the model construction of Technology Immersive Digital Cmapus which is the key point of this paper. Its goals would be the points below:providing full service for personal training in new times, building the educational formation of open mind and cultivate the lifelong barn attitude of students. With the foundation mentioned above, this thesis put forward the conceptual model from three aspects:base installation, instructional support and management Support. And then, this paper chooses different assessment criteria of seven cities in Jiangsu, Shandong and Zhejiang province as reference study, combines with assessment solutions in TIP, and comes up with assessment dimensions for Technology Immersive Digital Campus.Chapter Four is the discussion of promotion brought by Technology Immersion digital campus.It explore what the school reform will iace under the leverage of technology, and the transformation of school’s construction morphology, teacher’s teaching method, parental education idea and the study notion, study method of students in the period of school reform.Chapter Five is the summary and forecasting. This part states the conclusion and achievement of this study, and propose some solutions to the shortages in this study.
