Digital campus construction has become a basic education facility in colleges and universities, an important symbol of the construction of first-class colleges and universities, and a powerful guarantee to improve teaching quality and efficiency. And it has become an important part of university management and personnel training.Compared with colleges and universities, the digital campus construction of vocational school starts relatively late, and the construction level is not high, too. The basic current situation of the vocational school is that the schools has been preliminary equipped with basic network infrastructure, and most schools have the ability to provide network infrastructure services and application services. Although they already have a certain amount of hardware and software infrastructure, the domestic vocational school digital campus construction also faces many problems now.This paper contains the case of digital campus construction of the author's school---the Inner Mongolia National Normal College for Kindergarten's Teachers. Through the actual participation in the whole process of construction of digital campus, the author found that in the whole process of the construction of digital campus we must face many difficulties and problems, especially some common "disease" that has hindered the pace of construction of digital campus. In order to make the digital campus construction go to the track of rapid and healthy development, it is necessary to treat these difficulties and problems that hinder the construction of the digital campus seriously. Through in-depth practice and the analysis of the construction of digital campus and the application process, the author found a lot of problems such as ideology, inertia, system design, workload, personnel quality, etc. Aiming at these problems, in combination with the practical situation of our school and later practice, and on the basis of existing network and other information resources, the author find the root cause and put forward the improvement countermeasure and the suggestion in order to improve management efficiency and level of school management, student management, teaching management, staff management, assets and equipment management, administrative office management, etc. It has a profound and important significance for the information construction and the long-term development of our school. And it can also provide some experience for reference for similar colleges and universities in the aspect of digital campus construction.
