Therefore, it is very meaningful to have the school system platforms which have the service of a muffin, and the information system services. This paper uses service oriented architectural technologies thought to design. Web service technology system uses the model of services of the coupling and expands integrated features. Web service as a distributed computer technologies, based on the web technology to deliver the integration of the functions and the development and integration technology in the internet their remote communication problems in a great extent. Web deliver the xml document is based on the service description, a service request and will eventually result in addition, feedback on the internet http protocol so that it's easy to access and returns a result. This article mainly aimed at Cheng De Agriculture Radio and Television School to study the figures in the construction, the goal is to make full use of campus network resources to achieve digitization and intelligentialize in teaching, researching and management.In the construction process of digitize, the system followed j2ee structure in system development, application of the applications for web publishing services available for client invokes.
