Since 2001, Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China initiated the project of "Xiao Xiao Tong", so far, information technology construction of many schools has shifted to focus on software applications system after a long period of construction on hardware, network infrastructure. Some schools put forward the construction of "Digital Campus" objective, as a form of the campus information technology to explore information technology tools used in primary and secondary school with teaching and management of all aspects.This paper first analyzes the current status of development of digital campus and clearly pointed out the significance of digital campus construction. Then described in detail in the digital construction involved in software development technology, describes the system requirements analysis, system architecture and design and database design. Expounded Digital Campus System, the unified identity authentication and single sign-on implementation, the realization of personalized portals, psychological consultation platform, students' achieved platform, announce the core code in development. Finally describes the security system design and deployment.In the development, use SharePoint-Portal technology to create a complete and effective, and user-oriented portal. Through the address-value to achieve single sign-on technology to provide users with a unified information service function of the entrance. Through the personalized application design users based on their rights to enjoy highly personalized information services. Portals were established under the application layer, data exchange layer, and public data layer. Through Biztalk, exchange information within the school management and between the school bond to achieve the unity of the entire campus.
