Design And Implementation Of Information Management System For Students In Anhui Sanlian University

Along with the rapid development of modern advanced technology, the application of IT have been widely used in many areas, many important role have been familiar with the use of our, all industries play a very important in the whole society's dominant position. At present, the management of higher education widespread use of modern information technology means, such as college entrance entrance exam general exam management institution at the provincial level has admissions information platform, the education administrative department of education has a information management system platform, teaching management, student status management universities to buy commercial or independently developed information system, etc. In terms of a university, all kinds of information system platform independent operation, there is no data interface between each other, thus data use efficiency is not high, high redundancy. Aimed at the status quo, this paper intends to develop a simple set of enrollment data processing, students graduate student status management, data processing in the integration of management information systems.In this paper, the design institute of Anhui Sanlian information management system adopts B/S and C/B hybrid mode, background database using SQL Server 2008, using the J2EE technology implementation architecture of the system. This system starting from the actual needs of the joint institute, designed the enrolled, the school management, image registration of proofreading, education and other four modules. This article first introduces the architecture of WEB database, system architecture for the analysis and comparison, through B/S and C/B structure design, greatly enhance the network expansion of the system, and the maximum to meet the needs of different users; Second, use the J2EE platform to realize the system architecture and use flow diagram, use case diagram, the paper introduces the information management system user management, registered letter, students in the school management, image registration of proofreading, education and other functional modules design; Finally, according to the requirements of the system overall design and principle, realize the function of each module, through to the students to learn information management system configuration of the running environment of the system module test system.According to Anhui Sanlian college student education management needs, this paper designed by the students to learn the letter management system is a good way to solve the school data processing and registration, student daily management and query, academic registration and graduation certificate to print the paperless management, greatly improve the deficiency of traditional student status, education management, reduce the workload and improve work efficiency, at the same time for the management staff and students provides a good service platform.
