The Design And Implementation Of Trial Ancillary Information System Based On TRS

Over the past years of informationalization construction,X Intermediate Court in Shanghai has reached a leading computer application level.However,as its system scale grows,it is also faced with some problems,such as lack of efficient data sharing,lack of resources assorting for the judge,information asymmetry brought by false lawsuits,arbitration conflicts of cases of the same kind.Therefore,during the sustainable development of the court's informationalization construction,how to solve the dilemma facing the judge and how to improve the quality,efficiency and effects of case trials are key points for the court's trial functional departments to take into consideration.Against the research background of the current trial service of Shanghai courts,this research explores the development models of intelligent trial assistance.Based on a rapid development platform based on Freemarker open-source framework for packaging,and the information retrieval technique,this paper adopts TRS full-text database as the data retrieval engine,designs and realizes the trial assistance information system.Generally speaking,this paper consists of the following parts:1)By analyzing the informationalization status of X Intermediate Court in Shanghai,this paper puts forward the research objectives and content of the sytem.2)Research into relevant techniques: Relevant techniques and development tools involved in the realization process of the trial assistance information system are introduced,mainly including the concept of information retrieval,the classification and principles of search engines,TRS corporate search engines and a rapid development platform based on Freemarker open-source framework for packaging.3)Concerning difficulties that the judge is faced with during the trial,the demands for the trial assistance information system are investigated and analyzed,including the overall requirements of the system,the requirements of the software development platform and the practical requirements of the judge to avoid information asymmetry and disunity of applicable laws.4)Design of the trial assistance information system: The overall design strategy of the system is put forward.Based on the multilayer customer/server structure,the core database adopts TRS full-text database to retrieve search and cluster service.In view of the judge's practical demands,various modules of the system are designed in terms of procedures,functions and database.5)Realization of the trail assistance information system: The system's realization platform is introduced,and the realization details and functional interfaces of various functional modules of the system are described.Some module codes finally submitted by the system are adopted as the realization examples.At last,the system interface,performance and conformity are tested.
