Design And Implementation Of OA System Based On Workflow

With the rapid development of science advance and information technology,educational informationization has become an important symbol of the modernization of education.As an important part of the modernization of education,digital campus has also been continuously developing.Among them,the office automation system is the core of the daily management of the entire school system which covers the widest range of schools and makes the greatest impact.The new office automation system helps improve office efficiency and informationalized level.For office automation systems,the most popular one currently is the OA workflow-oriented collaborative management system.Based on the design and implementation of the office automation of Shanghai JiaoTong University School of Medicine,the demands of users and the solutions of key problems have been studied in this paper.Detailed analysis of the technique of workflow combined with the analysis of users' demands have been made for the proposal of system designing idea and principals,and the description of basic characteristics of system's framework design.Microsoft Active Directory has been used as the user basis then,the Exchange 2010?Office Lync Server 2010 as information storage and transmission,Office Share point Server 2010 as portal,eWorkflow.net as the tracking and flow of work and business for the achievement of centralized presentation and retrieval of information and documents and the reminders of work and business also for the individual needs from the users.The expansibility,openness and flexibility of the platform will be well adapted to the further development of the Medical School.The major objections of this paper is going to accomplish are 1)To consider the development of OA in China and other countries with the background and characteristics of university OA to illustrate the necessity and urgency for the application of university OA.2)To take Shanghai JiaoTong University,School of Medicine as an example to do analysis of current problems,OA's requirement and design of overall functional framework and application cases.3)Based on the demand of OA and overall design ideas of universities,it is to make a detailed design and introduction of design ideas,operation process,function process,related data-base of all functional modules of the OA system.4)To make a brief introduction of general technical framework and typical technical processes of this system.5)To abstract the implementing process of this system and make a brief introduction.6)To test,check,accept and demonstrate system with the application in School of Medicine to verify the functions and performance of this system and meet the anticipatory goal of OA system correcting.
