As China gradually entered the aging society," empty nest families" have grown more and more. How to solve the needs of the orderly's daily health care has become the most important social problem. At the same time, people's living standard is raising, healthy people also hope to own the daily health care to achieve the prevention and early treatment of disease. But Chinese basic medical situation is not very optimistic; China has 22% of the world's population, but only has 2% of the world's total medical resources. And 80% of these medical resources are in the city, only 20% are in the rural areas. In our country, most of experts are in the large hospitals, community hospitals'medical capability is very weak. But according to the situation of our country, we couldn't improve it immediately.This research studies the family oriented telemedicine system include not only the diagnosis and treatment, but also the prevention, rehabilitation and psychological adjustment. The establishment of such a family modern health care system, using a new method to alleviate the shortage and the inequality of our medical resource.In this system, the family terminal can be used as single monitoring equipment, and also can be used to work with the medical website, send the medical data to the server. Medical website end and home end can monitor various physiological parameters of the patient, cooperation large hospitals'experts can do remote monitoring, giving the user a professional medical help and suggestion.This system is studied based on the embedded Linux operating system. According to the resource allocation and task management needs, we transplant the embedded Linux operating system and file system. Based on the embedded Ethernet technology and CGI technology, we use Web server for remote access.This system uses the distributed database technology and UML technology to design multiple physiological parameters of network database. Completed the ER model design include a number of physiological parameters of the network database. Clearly shows the whole process of user equipment status, basic health, hospital information and other data.This system also uses wireless communication technology. Combined with the application of internet technology,3G wireless technology and bluetooth technology, i user can use the most rapid way and the lowest cost to achieve effective care.Family oriented telemedicine system can help family members effectively manage their health. Doctors develop flexible health program, users can also on his required service selection. These will improve the advantage of the efficient use of medical resources. Therefore the family oriented telemedicine system in our country has a vast application prospect.
