The manipulator is a type of mechatronics equipment which synthesizes the last research achievement of engine and Precision engine,automation control and drive, sensor and message dispose, micro—electronics and computer and artificial intelligence and so on. With the development of economy and the demand for automation control, appeared in a variety of robot products. The manipulator is used in different environment. To adaptation different environment,simple control, strong adaptation,high autonomy are the important signs for the level of the design of manipulator.With network technology rapid development,the advanced science technology of some subjects fields get great progress including computer science and communication. The passed information collect system have not satisfied the request with requirement increasing of complexity, veracity and the trait of in time for malfunction diagnosis of machine. So the research on the remote data collect of product line control system based Internet get important more and more.This paper designed a complete battery of drums robotic system electroplating for a company. The robotic gripper can grasp the battery shell. After the task of plating and cleaning, the battery are unloaded in another place and then cases to the next operations. To achieve their precise positioning and control, the robot control system are controlled by PLC. To present an intuitive visual effects, this paper carried out on the UG three-dimensional modeling and ADAMS software to executive kinematic simulation system.The Visual C++ as tools of the remote monitoring, established serial communication between the PC and PLC. Meanwhile set up a network of remote Access database instance. ADO is a database of component-based programming interface. In this paper, the Visual C + + loaded ADO and then established ADO object to access a remote Access database, And to update the database within the corresponding storage unit through the PLC real-time data. The client to establish three-dimensional interactive platform VRP. This platform has the role of virtual reality, visual simulation can be realized, three-dimensional interactive virtual tour, etc., can give users an immersive feel. VRP provides the function of linking Access database, to achieve real-time monitoring of remote devices.
