The model of enterprise manufacturing process monitoring and management has been fundamentally changed,because of the rapid development of the Internet of things and digital intelligent manufacturing technology,the concept of "visual management" is recognized and popularized by the vast majority of enterprises.How to carry out remote,diversified,efficient,real-time and accurate visualization of feedback,monitoring and sharing of data information in production and manufacturing process,which is the goal of modern manufacturing enterprises.The subject starts from the practical application needs.According to the design and research requirements of a hot runner system manufacturing company in Suzhou,a set of digital and intelligent hot runner remote real-time monitoring and management system is designed and developed.The overall technical architecture of the system is divided into three layers,the multiple visualized data monitoring and management layer is used to realize real-time visual feedback and monitoring of the data information of the flow channel;the management layer of the server communication management software is used for the interaction and transmission management of the data information of the system;the lower computer executes the control management layer to realize the acquisition and control of the data information such as the gateway,the hot runner system and the temperature control nodes in the system.First of all,the research and analysis of the functional requirements of the enterprises and users on the system are carried out,the system function requirement model is established scientifically by using the UML modeling language.Based on the model,the hardware,software and functional architecture of the system are designed and studied.Finally,the design method and thought of the system remote monitoring scheme are put forward.Secondly,the architecture of communication management software is integrated,through network communication technology such as ZigBee,GPRS,Socket and so on,in the process of interaction,the problem of communication congestion caused by high concurrency is solved,through the application of multi thread network programming and parallel programming ideas.Then,the function module of the system's multiple visualization and real-time monitoring platform is designed and developed,through the visualization real-time monitoring technology,which meets the diversified monitoring and management needs of users.Furthermore,in the process ofpractical application,the realization effect and performance performance of the functional modules of the system are tested,and the detailed description is made.Finally,from the perspective of industrial engineering economic management,the economic benefits of the management of the enterprises before and after the use of the system are statistically analyzed and analyzed,which proves the economy and practicability of the system.
