Design And Implementation Of Audit Management System For Commercial Banks

With the rapid development of information technology,new forms of commercial economy such as e-commerce,network finance and electronic money have emerged constantly.As an important means to supervise economic activities and maintain economic order,auditing is required to follow the pace of information technology development.Traditional audit methods can not meet the needs of informatization,so audit informatization has become a new direction of audit development.The commercial bank audit management system designed and implemented in this thesis includes four basic modules,namely user management,organization management,role management and log management,and four main modules,namely audit settings,audit management,audit work and audit query.These four main modules cover the entire audit process,and can assist auditors to audit the bank.In addition to the system's routine auditing functions,this paper also studies three key points of the system,including the security of the auditing system,the merging of multi-auditing and the processing of audit documents.This paper introduces the three-tier architecture adopted by the system,the selected SSH framework development environment,the Java Web interface design based on jQuery MiniUI interface development framework,and the system security design constrained by functional and data rights.This paper describes the practical application of the system to realize the audit process and the method to merge the audit forms.It implements the processing and management of audit documents with Apache POI interface,including the use of regular matching method to solve the problem of field replacement of audit documents.This paper briefly introduces the system's black-box test based on scenario method.User login and audit work are used to design test cases.The scenarios and test scenarios are described in detail.The test results are in line with expectations.The system has been running in the bank for several months and has achieved good results.
