Design And Implementation Of Audit Information System For Inner Mongolia Rural Credit Cooperative

Inner mongolia rural credit cooperative has many problems,for instance,auditing norms are inconsistency,the key processes can not monitor real-time,risks foresee ability is weak,unable mine valuable audit trail through data analysis and so on.Aiming at these problems,this paper comprehensively analyzes the auditing demand of Inner mongolia rural credit cooperative and designs the SSH-based auditing information system.This system adopts B/S(browser/server)three layer structure model,the data layer uses the Oracle database as the data management platform system,responsible for data storage and exchange;Application layer uses the Websphere middleware and J2 EE technology platform,responsible for system business logic handle;Show layer uses the JSP technology,responsible for the response and handling of user's request.Workbench management subsystem provides a work platform for auditors,when different roles of users login system,the workbench display the users task early-warning information,work content and related tips,help information,and each subsystem can easily enter the audit system;Audit information management subsystem,is mainly responsible for the audit project management work,auditors can work according to the work plan and actual situation,and project as the main line to work;Off-site audit subsystem,help auditors accurately and quickly find,transfer and disposal system of monitoring information,take timely control measures and supervise the business department to ensure that the upper and lower linkage,before and after linkage and other linkages;Knowledge base management subsystem,mainly responsible for the management of the problems in the audit process as well as the audit results and audit information exchange;System management subsystem,provides the basic maintenance and support for above systems.Through the requirements analysis,design,implementation,testing and commissioning,this system is proved to provide full support for Inner mongolia rural credit cooperative audit information management.
