Design And Implementation Of The Audit System Of Hangzhou United Rural Commercial Bank

As the trend of economic globalization and marketing internationalization, traditional manual audit has been not adapted to the developing electronic commerce and informationalized economy management, and the kernel of management of Hangzhou United Bank has lean to digital ways. That is why developing and applying computer audit system is put on the agenda. The system will be very useful to defuse and keep away financial risks, improve work ways and the electronic application skills of audit staff and make them more efficient, which could meet the need in comprehensive risk management and make optimistic sense in raising the level of audit work of our bank.On the base of rich experience of audit work and deeply analyzing job duties and work processes of all levels and positions, the author made some detailed optimization to cater the need of modernized computer audit work while keeping the work habits of the staff. The author designed and developed the Object-oriented audit system by using software engineered methods and taking steps of need analysis, overall design, detailed design, system realizing and testing. Considering the classified audio data and the scattered locations of banks in reality, we chose the C/S model to develop the system, which means the data is stored and managed integratedly in a server and the clients call it through their own computers. We used Unified Modeling Language(UML) for modeling, wrote the program in C Sharp(C#). In the logical layer of the database, we wrote stored procedure and trigger programs special for data operation. As a result, several entities and functions becomes available such as the list of audio work staff, accounts for serious audio issues, generating lists of programs examination, reminding serious audio issues in recent years and so on. Also, the login interface and audio programs examination interface were developed on the base of programming languages and platform. The program has passed professional tests. It made the project enjoy a high degree of status at the beginning as we used totally Object-oriented method for need analyzing and system designing and developed UI with Microsoft’s advanced technique WPF. We believe it will do a lot of help for program extending in the future.The system has been submitted to the information and technique department of Hangzhou United Bank for more tests and they gave great praise on the modeling framework and functional module settings of the system. Next we’ll make our effort to expand the security and operability and perfect the functions of the system so that it can be put into application earlier and improve the efficiency of our audio work.
