Research And Design Of OA System In Higher Vocational Schools Based On SSH Framework

At present,Internet + is in the ascendant.In order to improve its management efficiency and improve management level,all trades and professions have developed or deployed an office automation system suitable for their needs.The original intention is to achieve office automation,thereby saving office workers' working time and reducing the intensity of work.At the same time,it can meet the process optimization and the problem of off-site office with the expansion of scale.With the country's demand for high-skilled talents,higher vocational colleges usher in a golden period of development,and the scale of higher vocational colleges is expanding constantly,resulting in increasingly prominent management problems.How to develop an office automation system suitable for the characteristics of higher vocational colleges is of great practical significance for meeting their own management needs,improving management level and training qualified personnel.Based on a thorough analysis of the actual work flow of daily office work in Higher Vocational colleges,this paper studies the system framework and key technologies of OA system in higher vocational colleges,develops an automation system suitable for the needs of office work in Higher Vocational Colleges by using software engineering theory and object-oriented design method.The main work includes:(1)analyzed the current situation,problems and development trend of OA system and higher vocational college OA system;(2)introduced the system development technology and key technology.(3)based on the actual office needs of Higher Vocational colleges,analyzed the work flow,the core functions of the system are determined: news release,document sending and receiving,conference management,personal affairs,system maintenance,etc..The system function and workflow technology are analyzed,and the core functions of the system are analyzed.(4)Using UML modeling technology,designed use cases,drawed its sequence diagram,conceptual design and logical design of the system data information,provided the core data table of the system;(5)Implemented the core module and completed the testing work,the normal operation of the system function is ensured.The core function of the system has been successfully developed and put into use.From the actual operation,it can meet the basic online office needs of Higher Vocational colleges,improve the office efficiency and improve the office experience.
