UML's Higher School Of Educational Management System Analysis And Design

Bijie vocational and technical college, as a higher vocational college, was established in2008approved by China’s ministry of education. In recent years, due to the continuous expansion of school running, the enrollment scale has been expanding, and the number of admissions has been growing continuously. Meanwhile, new educational philosophy and teaching reform are constantly implemented, and the amount of information data on teaching management multiplies continuously. So the teaching affair administration becomes more and more complex, and the administrative staff’s work more and more arduous. The purpose of the research is to design a simple, efficient and practical teaching affair administration system to replace the traditional means of teaching management.The conditions of school running, the administrative levels and the training objectives vary in different schools, so they demand different teaching affair administration systems. By analyzing the operational requirements, data requirements, and functional requirements of the routine teaching affairs management of Bijie vocational and technical college, this paper works out that the main functions of teaching affair administration system of higher vocational colleges include the teaching plan management, school roll management, teacher management, performance management, curriculum management and examination management. The development method of the system is object-oriented. In the design of the system, both overall design and module design are used, and function structure diagram is given for six function modules of the system, and UML class diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram and package diagram are used design. Class diagram and the database table structure are also used for the detailed design of the system database.UML language is adopted in the design of module analysis, SQL Server2005is used in the design of database, and the software design tool Archware of Yunnan University is used to draw the use case diagram, activity diagram, package diagram and sequence diagram.
