The Design And Implementation Of LTE Wireless Operation And Maintenance Center

This paper is based on LTE wireless Operation and Maintenance Center project management experience,combined with management methods and equipment technology in project to introduce it,and further study the follow-up evolution direction.In addition,this paper tries to show a clear and reasonable framework for the whole project and the importance of continuity.The first part is the scheme of LTE wireless Operation and Maintenance Center.The scheme consists of planning and Configuration.The planning scheme is focused on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of network scheme which is area or province,in order to confirm the final planning scheme which should considering several factors.The configuration scheme is based on the components of LTE wireless Operation and Maintenance Center in detail,such as primary server,operation and maintenance terminal,NEA,MR server,SON server,etc.And it combined with its configuration principle to measure the final configuration model.The second part is through the implementation of LTE wireless Operation and Maintenance Center to further validate the feasibility.Implementation contains targets,expected result,preparation,implement steps,the problems found and processing etc.After the implementation of LTE wireless Operation and Maintenance Center,feasibility verify with several aspects,such as server running state,system security and reliability,alarm and performance index,delay requirement to confirm the result of the implementation.The third part is the summary and outlook of the whole project,it also describes the development and evolution of LTE wireless Operation and Maintenance Center.At the base of the project construction scheme of wireless Operation and Maintenance Center,combined with the status of equipment architecture to speculate on the future development direction of wireless Operation and Maintenance Center,with high integration and high generality as the principle,research on the direction of the minimal machine-the blade server-virtualization platform.
