| With the vigorous promotion of national intelligent city and community construction,urban public services are integrating and upgrading resources through information technology.Video monitoring system is an important part of the security construction of the smart community and an important embodiment of the intelligence level of the community related to the sense of security and happiness of community residents.However,due to the limitation of the platform,the existing community video monitoring system can only be viewed and managed by security guards in the monitoring room,residents cannot see the real-time monitoring and monitoring playback of the community,video monitoring resources are not used effectively.Based on the full integration of the community's existing radio and television networks,LAN,home TV platform,video monitoring equipment and other resources,this paper designs and implements a community video monitoring system based on TVOS smart set-top box.It aims to introduce community video monitoring into residents' TV platform through TVOS smart set-top box,and provide residents with clear,smooth,low-delay,multi-functional and perso nalized video monitoring service.The research content mainly can ben summarized as the following:(1)according to the actual requirements of video monitoring system,it studies the overall design scheme of community video monitoring system based on TVOS intelligent set-top box,and each module is designed and realized in detail.(2)It depthly studies the TVOS intelligent set-top box software and hardware characteristics,streaming media video transmission control protocol,h.264 video encoding and decoding principle,on this basis,it develops video monitoring client APP software deeply integrated with smart set-top box,and mainly analysis the function interacting,MediaCodec decoding and OpenGL ES image rendering.(3)According to the actual requirements of security,personalization and convenience of the system,it develops a video monitoring WEB management software based on Spring MVC,which realizes the function of adding,deleting,modifying and checking.(4)According to extensive testing and analysis,it studies the influence of different code flow parameters on the performance of video monitoring app software,and the parameter configuration of the subcode stream and the main code stream for optimal playback is determined.This system has realized the various functions needed for system construction,and effectively played the value of community home television platform and video monitoring.Residents can watch the community real-time monitoring and monitoring playback at home through television at any time,and the community intelligence level has been significantly improved. |
