| With the great development of modern computer technology, sensor technology, data transfer technology, network technology, auto control technology and so on, the idea and model of intelligent community comes into being more and more consummate. Intelligent community could provide residents with much more advanced network communication, well-pleasing protection and humanism community management, campared with traditional community.This thesis mainly focuses its research on the design and development of community management center software system. It aims to improve the managing level and intelligent degree of the community.In the beginning, we introduced the actuality and developing trend of intelligent in our country. We also analysed some classtic functional modules of intelligent community system. Then we devided the whole software system into several modules, and for each module, we discussed its sub function that we planned to realize. Through the discussion and comparison of different data base access tenich, we chose the DAO idea and built a whole data base system to manage the residents' information and to record the community alarms, and so on. Through the study of windows' serial-port communications, we developed the communication modules between the software part and relative hardwares, taking the method of MSComm control and using a general multy serial-port class. Also, through taking full use of VFW sdk, we realized video capturing with the help of AVICap class. Finally, through the parsing of PDU data protocal and the application of AT command, we developed a powerful wireless GSM alarming platform, which could fulfill the auto alarming function and manual alarming function demanded by the protection sub system of the management center software. All that had been mentioned above has formed preconditions and possibility, not only for the fundamental functions required by the intelligent community software system, but for the upgrade and extension of the whole platform.The whole software platform finally proved to be aliable and accorded with our anticipative purpose in its compositive testings with relative hardwares. |
