Design And Development Of Intelligent Community Service System

With the development of society,it has become a trend to improve management efficiency and reduce management cost through information technology so as to provide more convenient services.In the community management,the application of communication,computer,Internet of things,software and other technologies makes the community intelligent security management possible.The system is based on network communication technology and relies on traditional cell.With the help of powerful electronic information technology and modern high technology,the intelligent community service system can realize the real-time sharing of information resources and the unified management of the community.The project research of intelligent community service system based on Internet of related technology,in view of the current large communities,the emergence of high-end residential,traffic and traffic more intense,plot management cost is high,the low efficiency of management,such as traffic congestion,caused by the illegal invasion,fire safety management increasingly dash forward show many problems such as chaos,puts forward the train of thought.How to solve the problem effectively is the focus of this paper.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)the first part,according to the "intelligent community service system",this paper introduces the intelligent community research present situation,analyzes the community service system management requirements,puts forward the general structure of the intelligent community management,community service system hardware design and software design train of thought,and the system design principles and basis.(2)the second part of intelligent community service system as the research object,the supervision service system and security service system are introduced,respectively,for the video monitoring system,parking management system,fire alarm system and electronic patrolling system hardware design and program design,focusing on key hardware principle is introduced and the structure design,the software on the procedures of important introduction and process design.(3)the third part introduces the design idea of the intelligent community service system and the construction content of the system database through the demand analysis,expounds the system operating environment and variable setting,and explains the realization of the functional module of the service system and the operation test of the platform.The use of intelligent community service system plays an important role in the management of residential community,which can significantly improve the efficiency and level of community supervision,effectively ensure the safety service management of the community,and has certain application value and reference value.
