Firstly, the various stages of the development of the video monitoring system to do a general introduction, affirmed its intelligent development direction, further analysis of the working principle of the intelligent video surveillance system; and then analyzes the dynamic target detection algorithm is more popular in the field of intelligent video surveillance system technology, and puts forward the algorithm for moving target detection five frame difference and edge detection, and motion detection algorithm and the traditional dynamic target detection five frame difference and edge detection are analyzed; then according to the actual situation of vocational campus design of the intelligent video surveillance system with the character of school, expounds the equipment selection, the system framework, and the supporting software platform for the use of specific functions; at the end of the overall operation of the system are summarized and the content can be improved.
