The business support capability is core competitiveness for Operators.At present,the domestic Broadcasting Operators have a huge system in business maintenance and complex processes.It is hard to meet the demands of business and operation information sharing in Mobile age.For example,the communication between maintenance staffs and support staffs costs a lot and is inefficiency.Business maintenance process involves many independent information systems such as Boss and Network Manage system,which causes difficulty in fault location and delay in pushing warning messages.To solve above problems,based on a real marketing project of a Broadcasting Operator in a domestic city(called O company),this paper designed and realized a Business and Operation Information Sharing System for Broadcasting Operators(called BOISS)on the basis of the technological analysis of Web development,WeChat contact and message queue.The core function modules of the system include business and operation information integration module,business and operation information sharing rule management module based on business scene and information receiving and pushing module.According to the data results of final testing and real operation,the system is relatively effective and practicable.The main contents of the research are summarized as follows:(1)Design and implementation of integration module for business and operation information.Business maintenance process of Broadcasting Operators involves many independent information systems such as Boss,Network Manage System and Device Manage Systems.These systems have different data formats so that it is hard to satisfy with the integration demand.This paper presented an integration method which includes a protocol based on SOAP called WooEsbProtocol,a transformation mechanism between business and operation data and protocol,and a transformation tool.Based on the collected data from O company,BOISS system can support the data from Boss with more than five million customers and Network Manage system which include about three million devices.(2)Design and implementation of business and operation information sharing rule management module based on business scene.The staffs should set different rule based on several business scenes for business and operation sharing information.This paper implements a rule management module based on business scene,by combining with business and operation management specification of Broadcasting Operator and based on Web development technology(Spring and myBatis framework).With the collected data from O company,BOISS system can use three sharing strategies and define different business scenes.(3)Design and implementation of information receiving and pushing module.Business and operation sharing information message should be sent in real time or appointment time.The message types include text,picture and web link.This paper presented a receiving and pushing process based on Wechat Public Platform which includes message receive module,pick and batch dealing mechanism and message batch pushing mechanism based on resource classifying.With the collected data from O company,BOISS system can afford about twenty thousand messages sent by more than three thousand staffs in a day.
