The basis of this issue comes from the actual needs of grid enterprises' everyday working to promote the reform whose intention is "centralized HR, material and finance and streamlined planning, construction, dispatch, maintenance and operation".The author has accumulated a lot of experience in the production and management of the grid. In the paper, we made three research objectives: to achieve a flat management innovation objectives; design of business process management, process management; maintain with a certain security and better fault tolerance for important data on the system.For these goals, we studied numerous actual cases, which applied information technology in the electricity grid area both at home and abroad. Then we put forward two key problems need to be solved: to solve the integration of multi-disciplinary integration of operation and maintenance work to bring the process of coordination is unclear, the business division of unknown malady; solve the new management model in production management lag affect the safe operation of the grid plight.On this basis, this article focuses on the operation and maintenance of the integrated system from the demand analysis, system design, system implementation and testing of the experimental set of software development process.Based on the actual work, system functions are divided into three functional modules: equipment management module, personnel management module, workflow management module. And data links between the three modules interact with each other. Second, the system focuses on the design part of the system's three modules and sub-modules division designs and designed the database tables of the system.Then, the paper on the specific implementation of the system was discussed in detail,important data structures and program flow including the sub-system modules. Finally,on the basis of the actual use of system, the system introduced the experiment environment, experimental process and results.The first project will assist support and network information technology into the enterprise production management which is an innovation-based information management.
