In the maintenance and use phase of the equipment life cycle,equipment may be handed over between various departments and generate corresponding maintenance operations,test results,technical status and other data.At present,because the equipment maintenance operation data is kept by each unit,each department cannot check the equipment maintenance operation historical data in time.Therefore,it is necessary for the equipment maintenance work data to be trusted by the owners of the equipment maintenance work data so as to realize the safe sharing of the equipment maintenance work data.According to the current situation of the equipment maintenance operation data management industry,there are three major problems in the sharing and synchronization of equipment maintenance operation data: First,equipment maintenance operation data usually uses paper or electronic media as storage media.Such storage media is not easy to keep and It has the characteristic that it cannot be recovered in the event of an accident,which may cause permanent loss of equipment maintenance operation data;Secondly,in the case of equipment maintenance operation data transfer,the handover parties are prone to damage or loss during handover;Finally,the equipment maintenance work data is distributed in multiple units or departments involved in the equipment.The equipment management department cannot monitor the maintenance of the equipment maintenance work data in real time,so it is difficult to avoid operations such as tampering and deletion.In view of the current situation of equipment maintenance operation data management,this thesis explores the application of blockchain technology to equipment maintenance operation data management,so that all departments can participate in the update and maintenance of equipment maintenance operation data,forming a distributed,Supervised Equipment Maintenance Operation Data Sharing System(EMODSS),so that equipment maintenance operation data has the advantages of high safety,high reliability and high convenience.First of all,based on the investigation,this paper designs the conceptual model of EMODSS according to the overall requirements of the system,and analyzes and demonstrates the functional requirements of the system.After that,based on the EMODSS business process,the non-functional requirements of EMODSS were explained from the two perspectives of performance and security.Then the overall design of the system is carried out,and the system is divided into four layers,namely the basic layer,the consensus layer,the data layer and the application layer,and each layer is analyzed and designed in detail,while exploring the operation process and certification of EMODSS Process.Finally,according to the realization of EMODSS,it is proved that EMODSS can be used in the military field to protect the integrity of military data.The main contributions of this thesis are as follows:(1)The design uses key operations such as user management,equipment binding,and data sharing as block storage,and uses the characteristics of the blockchain and cryptography technology to achieve encrypted uploading,safe sharing,and traceability of equipment maintenance operation data.Tamper-proof deletion and denial-proof guarantee the authenticity of the data.(2)According to the characteristics of various types of equipment maintenance work data and large amount of data,the actual equipment maintenance work data is stored as an attachment to the block,which improves the operating efficiency of the system.
