People's living standard has been improved markedly with the development of economy,however,environmental pollution brought by industrialization and urbanization,especially air pollution,has become an important issue attracting more attention.The increase of pollution weather and the expansion of the scope not only bring economic losses to people,but also seriously affect human health and even survival.In order to meet the public demand for forecasting and early warning of atmospheric pollution and responding to the call of the government to establish a monitoring and warning system,a complete information system becomes necessary.Therefore,based on the analysis of data visualization solutions in environmental and meteorological fields,an atmospheric environment monitoring and warning system is studied and developed in this thesis.Environmental data and relevant data of meteorological elements are collected,handled and visualized to realize the monitoring and early warning of the atmospheric environment.The main works are as follows:(1)Three visualization schemes for environmental and meteorological data are studied,including the professional meteorological cartography software,Web GIS and front end tool libraries for visualization.The techniques involved in these schemes are analyzed and compared,which comes to the proposal of visualization technologies suitable for this system include NCL,ArcGIS API for JavaScript and Highcharts.(2)Because the processing of environmental and meteorological data before data visualization cannot do without interpolation,spatial interpolation algorithms are studied in this thesis.Based on research and a comparative analysis of several interpolation algorithms including bilinear interpolation,Cressman interpolation,inverse distance weighting and Kriging interpolation,it is proposed that bilinear interpolation is suitable to interpolate grid data into site data and Cressman interpolation is suitable to interpolate site data into grid data.(3)Then the system is designed according to the requirement of atmospheric environment monitoring and warning along with the selection of visualization scheme technology.Based on the SSM framework(Spring,SpringMVC and MyBatis),an atmospheric environment monitoring and warning system is studied and realized in this thesis,including functions of environmental and meteorological factors monitoring,meteorological diffusion conditions analysis,air pollution warning,warning signal production and announcement and so on.The system realizes visual display and interaction through three ways:drawing graph with NCL,combining geographic information and environmental meteorological elements with ArcGIS API for GIS,presenting diagrams with Highcharts.The atmospheric environment monitoring and warning system in thi's thesis can realize visualization and interaction through a variety of ways to achieve monitoring and early warning of air pollution.It is verified to be running well through functional and non-functional testing in test and production environments.All the indexes meet the expected requirements,and the system is already delivered and put to use.
