For a long time there is a problem that total amount of water is in shortage,the distribution is not balanced,and the water pollution is increasing.The rapid economic expansion and extensive growth will not only increase the load of water resources,also exacerbated the problem of water pollution,and it has become one of the important factors restricting China's economic and social development.Therefore,it is of great significance to monitor and evaluate water quality in real time.Aiming at the research and development of an on-line monitoring and evaluating-warning system for water environment of an enterprise,the following aspects are studied in this paper:The first chapter introduces the background,research progress at home and abroad,and the main contents of this paper.The second chapter introduces the system design goals and principles firstly.Then,the functional modules of system are designed,including system architecture,water environment monitoring module and water evaluating-warning module.Finally,the system platform is designed,including physical model and probability model of database.A method of abnormal data detection and correction based on the 3? principles is designed aimed at the abnormal data in the process of online monitoring firstly in third chapter.Secondly,according to the problem of data redundancy,an adaptive fusion algorithm based on weighted method is designed,and the method is verified.Finally,the water environment monitoring system is developed based on Baidu-map API.In the fourth chapter,the water quality is evaluated according to the actual water sample data based on BP artificial neural network,compared with the method of single factor and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Then,the water quality warning method is studied,and the water quality of index and downstream is predicted using BP artificial neural network.The effectiveness of methods is verified by the example.The fifth chapter uses B/S mode architecture,MyEclipse development platform,SQL Server data management system,JavaScript,JSP,AJAX and jQuery technology to design functional modules,also ensuring the successful application.of the system by comprehensive system test.The system realizes the management of information network,information technology and standardization in the water environment,and it has good function of visualization performance and information extraction and query.Also,it can meet the requirements of online monitoring and evaluating-warning,it can provide services and comprehensive technical support for sustainable utilization of water resources.
