| With the rapid development of economy in Jiangsu Province,the number of car ownership is increasing rapidly.The highway is important as one of the major arteries to support economic,and its traffic pressure is also increasing year by year.The Guangjing Xicheng expressway as an important traffic line connecting the north part of Jiangsu to the south part of Jiangsu,every year millions of vehicles need to pass this expressway.In order to ensure the well operation of the expressway,how to effectively manage and guide the vehicles,as well as how to effectively deal with all kinds of accidents to restore traffic quickly,is a key problem for the expressway management.Since 2015,the construction of Guangjing Xicheng Expressway operations and intelligent service platform project has been started.Its aim is to realize the highway daily running status of the comprehensive monitoring and accident events.Thisthesis analyzes the primary demands of the Guangjing Xicheng expressway in command and dispatch,and design a system for those demands.The system adopts a visual management platform based on GIS technology to realize unified visual management of external field-aware devices data collection,such as monitor video and information board data,and establishes docking with video surveillance systems,information board publishing systems,and short message services.upgrading various traffic incident disposal process plans,improve command and dispatch and disposal capabilities,and propose effective decision support programs for command and dispatch,as well as improve the scientific and effective coordination of event coordination command and dispatch.At present,the system has been official used for about one year in Guangjing Xicheng expressway,and is playing an important role in dispatching work.Now the system has basically met the demand,we also need to follow through continuous optimization in use and improvement of the system for business expansion management needs in future. |
