On the other hand, there are many kind of contradictions in China with the development of society,government must require to get the key and important information about these contradictions so as to solve accuratly.Now many departments,such as police,fire control,hospital,setup their the system of city’s Comprehensive emergency management,but these system cann’t to get Comprehensive,overall,the first time’s informtion,and decede to difficultly to solove problem when disaster event take place.To solve the front of problem and improve the communciation system of solving emergence can use aften many disaster event taking place,in this paper wireless technology are designed and realized the system of city’s Comprehensive emergency management,and this technoloty can be designed to be used in no boundaries with others communciation technologies.Because this new technology can pravide much convenient, much more,repaider information,realtime command,meeting, dispatch, decision are designed and realized in this new city’s Comprehensive emergency management.
