Abstract/Summary:
At present,cross-border e-commerce is updated iteratively with the progress of electronic information technology,and the industry is developing rapidly based on the opportunities brought by the trend of economic globalization.Cross-border e-commerce business,as a new normal way of electronic trading,helps trade enterprises shorten the industrial structure chain and increase the profit space.Cross-border e-commerce industry entry threshold is low.Business operation cost is small and trade transaction structure is simple.As a new economic form,the operation mode provides guidance for the development and operation of small and micro enterprises.Because cross-border e-commerce has a high degree of matching with the development mode of some small and micro enterprises,it has attracted a large number of small and micro enterprises with small scale,relatively inadequate strength,simple organizational structure,flexible operation mode and strong adaptability.This paper makes an in-depth investigation and Research on K Company,a typical small and micro enterprise of cross-border e-commerce in Australia,in the blue sea of cross-border e-commerce.Relying on the current international business background of cross-border e-commerce industry,through the understanding of cross-border e-commerce industry,reading a large number of relevant literature,taking K company,s business model as an example,this paper investigates and studies the company,s "online,online and offline integration,business model,conducts a comprehensive study and analysis of the current business situation of the company,and finds out the opportunities and threats existing in the company's business.From two different perspectives of operators and consumers,this paper explores effective ways to improve the operation of this type of small and micro enterprises in cross-border e-commerce.Through the analysis of the data collected from the questionnaire,the problems of business model are analyzed,and the elements of business process are analyzed and evaluated concretely.The problems and difficulties faced by this type of small and micro cross-border e-commerce enterprises are clearly pointed out.The problems existing in the current operation of K company are summarized,and a comprehensive study is carried out based on the strong basis.In order to seek a broader and better development path for the company,the paper puts forward feasible improvement measures and development suggestions for the company's operation and development at the present stage.At the same time,I hope that through the investigation and comprehensive analysis,the conclusions can provide reference for the development of other similar types of small and micro-cross-border e-commerce enterprises,and have a certain practical significance.
