The correctness and completeness of data interoperability in the process of multi-robot cooperative work are essential to enhance the data interconnection between robots,so it is necessary to test data interoperability.This topic comes from the critical project of industrial transformation and upgrading of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2016-"Construction and application promotion of test and verification platform for common key technologies of Cyber-Physical System." This thesis designs a data interoperability test system,which promotes data exchange and data sharing among robots,and has specific practical significance.This thesis introduces the related technologies and contents from the following aspects:1.The essential techniques of data interoperability test system for robots are studied.The communication interface and key technical indicators of robotic equipment are described.The specification and application architecture of OPC UA protocol is studied in detail.The data conversion technology and Java EE development technology of data interoperability test system are comprehensively analyzed,which provides technical support for the development and implementation of data interoperability test system of robot cooperation.2.The overall design scheme of data interoperability test system for robot collaboration is studied.The functional requirements of the system software are analyzed,and the global framework of the data interoperability test system for robot cooperation is designed.The functions of each module of the system and the central business processes of the software are developed in detail.3.The method of robot data acquisition based on OPC UA specification is studied.The client program of OPC UA is designed and implemented by using the development kit provided by OPC UA protocol.The data of robot equipment is extracted and stored in a structured database.The parsing method of MTConnect device model file,which is the critical part of data interoperability,is studied.The crucial information in the device model file is extracted and transformed,and the MTConnect model file is converted into structured database data.4.Building the platform of data interoperability test system for robot cooperation.Each module of the system is designed and implemented in detail,including motion data upload,model data upload,XML data parsing,data testing,test results,and so on.The test and validation of data interoperability test system for robot collaboration are described in detail.This thesis introduces the test environment of the system and the function test of the OPC UA client,and then tests and verifies the main functions of the data interoperability test system.
