The development of our computer technology is very fast today .More and More application systems based on the network environment are became true ,most of these application systems for a lot of data must be processed .People didn't care about sharing application logic and application data in earlier business process .The point is how to develop systems to make the work automatically which was done by people .At that time ,it's challenge to solve one of these problems, Not to mention to make all of these systems based on a public and reusable architecture .It leads some problem like "Island Information".Most of business is automatic in recently years, the important problem is how to improve the ability of system to adapt to new requirements. There are some reasons about paying for new project, for example, adding new user interface, integrating many data sources in a single view, integrating mobile equipment, and so on. Most of these management information systems were developed by different team in some years ago and used different technology, even used different database management system, how to integrate them so that they can share application logic and application data for new requirement. These are integration of heterogeneous systems.I analyze problems about integration of heterogeneous systems in this paper, and introduce some existing methods of solving the problem. After consulting these methods I propose a heterogeneous system integration model based on SOA. This model is focused on data integration. I introduce some necessary technology about the model, such as XML, .NET Framework, Web Service, SOA. And propose standard of ISO/IEC9126 ,I compare the model to another methods, analyze advantages and disadvantages about them in availability, interoperability, security, reusability, scalability, useable, maintainability, difficult of secondary development, low-cost. It can reflect advantages of my model by comparison, and I user a project to show.I hope it can be helpful for information system integration from this paper. I hope it can contribute for wider user of SOA technology. And I hope this model can be proposed by some application of enterprise.
