| Since the 20th century, 90 years, educational circles have emerged the development trend which is characterized by the extensive application of information technology ,domestic scholars called it the educational information.Today, educational information has become the focus of educational development, but the design of educational information systems do not meet the current needs of the rapid development of education at present. With the expansion of business scale of information of educational administration and in-depth of systematic application, the software systems among different sectors in various educational institutions, educational institutions and schools at all levels are inter-fighting single-handedly from each other together, forming a "information islands." Based on this case, the topic is proposed a solution of eliminating the'information islands'by building a unified data center, and gives the specific design ideas and implementation process.This paper analyzes the problems in the educational information process of Changchun Institute of Vocational and Technical and the demand for data integration, proposes a solution to build a unified data center. In the actual construction process, designs details for the data center's overall framework; describes the design principle and storage mode of a central database; proposes an idea for data extraction and transformation based on JDBC as well as a strategy for data synchronization base on the timestamp and trigger; finally completes the implementation of the whole system, introduces various modules'function in detail and shows the end-system interfaces to the users.The unified data center management system described in this article has been applied to the education information construction process in Changchun Institute of Vocational and Technical, and has a certain degree of generality and scalability and a certain reference value to future heterogeneous data integration at businesses and universities. |
