As a product of the integration of the new generation of information technology and manufacturing,information physics system has increasingly become the essential support and important cornerstone of the new industrial revolution.To promote the key technologies common to information physics systems,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has released research on the research and application of critical technologies for the identification of information physics systems.This thesis is based on the study and aims to complete the robot collaboration in this project.Data interoperability test knowledge base construction.Establish a robotic collaborative data interoperability test knowledge base to share,reuse,and promote knowledge such as test cases and test experience.The work of this thesis mainly includes the following aspects:1.In-depth analysis and research on the basic theory of knowledge base system,and on this basis,the demand analysis of the robot collaborative data interoperability test knowledge base system is carried out,and the structural framework,technical framework,functional structure and UI prototype of the system are designed.2.In order to improve the retrieval speed of test cases,test experience and other knowledge,the current mainstream search engine framework Elasticsearch and Key-Value database Redis analysis.Aiming at the characteristics of robot collaborative data interoperability test knowledge,a fast knowledge retrieval method based on Redis cache and Elasticsearch search engine framework is designed.Through the comparison experiment verification,the quick retrieval of hotspot knowledge is realized.3.Finally,the robot collaborative data interoperability test knowledge base system is designed and developed,and the knowledge of test cases and test experience is stored persistently to realize the sharing and reuse of test knowledge.The functional test of the system is carried out through test cases,and the knowledge base system verification example is demonstrated.The knowledge base and the critical technologies applied in this thesis can also be used in other fields to promote knowledge sharing and collaborative innovation of robot collaborative data interoperability testing.
