File the documentation with date, title, author, content and so on. Therefore, System uses the Lucene to index on the content. So that it’ll increase the speed and accuracy of the query. And realize the function of sharing, subscription, classification, fuzzy search and so on. It is convenient for user to positioning of the needful literature exactly.The system is mainly divided into five parts, which are system management, user information management, document classification, literature retrieval and document sharing. System management is mainly on the users and authority management. User information management including user registration, user data modification, user group management. Document classification and display module provides the function for the browse of documents. Users can browse the literature information through the type and time. Literature search provides a literature search function. It including retrieval search methods such as title, content and key words, and supports fuzzy query. Literature sharing is for the system’s registered users. Users can upload their own literature to the system. So that it’11 achieve the resource sharing of literature resources.System achieved the function that storage and query the knowledge literature with classification, which can help the system’s user to facilitate the literature searching and sharing. System provides a platform for information sharing, which has some help to the academic research and academic publishing.
