Difference Analysis Of Management Status Of OA System On Two Branches In X Group

E-mail is one of the internationally recognized enterprise trans-information tools.However,despite the E-mail brings many benefits,but having own Email System(ES)is not an easy thing,especially to the multinational corporation,which owns more than one branches,therefore,unified management and deployment has become a common problem for multinational corporations.This paper use X group,which has two branch in both Shanghai and Taipei,as an example,to analysis the problem during two-side deployment thought Actor-Network Theory combined with Field interview.In addition,use of thirty-two indicators to full range analyze the differences between the two branches.The result of analysis shows that the E-mail system deployment will be effect by local enterprise value,user requirement and other aspects of the impact.This paper suggested that X group should consider the special nature of application environment,in order to set ES suitable for users.
