With the development of the computerized financial services,the magnetic strip card is gradually migrating to financial IC card,the latter one becoming the dominate payment tool in daily life.The IC cards bear various advantages,such as,more secured,transaction cost reduced,user-friendly,multiple inter-communication methods supported,etc.,which enable it to adapt to the more and more complicated and diverse user scenarios.Based all the general background mentioned above,this Article proposes to study and design a consolidated platform,which can realize multi-application of IC cards on the Internet,to enable the card holders to use IC card internet terminal to make online payment,credit for load with electronic cash,inquires for balance and transaction details,deposit for industrial-based accounts,etc.This platform will broaden the usage for IC cards,and also lower the usage entry barrier for card holders,and thus has many social benefits.This Article is divided into the following parts:Firstly,it analyzes the current and trend of IC cards in both domestic and overseas markets.By pointing out the limitations of the various platforms,it leads to the necessity of developing a unified IC cards service platform.Secondly,it analyzes the demand of this platform with modeling from aspects of platform function,business model,use-case analysis,etc.Then using the analysis results for modeling.Thirdly,it describes the platform infrastructure,interface design,database design,as well as the functional layer design.Fourthly,it describes the implementation of IC cards Bind module,credit for load module,data exchange between terminal and IC cards,etc.And it describes the establishment and implementation of security channel between terminal and server.Finally,it examines the stability of the platform,which is presented through testing,deployment,and pre-launch testing,to prove that the platform has reached the expectations.The platform realized under the described design of this Article,has already be implemented and applied on the IC cards online business website.With almost one-year prelaunch testing,the system has shown a stable and secured performance,meantime proves to be very user-friendly.The system also contributes as a success case for the design and realization of IC cards platform.There will also be an ongoing optimization and modification of this platform with the continued implement and development of the business.
