During the popularization of Electronic wallet, in consideration of security, the electronic wallet have not been widely used in the small and medium business. Duing to the complex and changeable usage background of small and medium business, it exists security concerns while consumers using these terminals, thereby hindered the popularity of the electronic wallet in the side.According to analyze and summarize the consumption characteristics of the electronic wallet about users at present, this paper put forward two concepts:the credit terminal and non-credit terminal. The consumption in the two terminals have different requirements.The requirement for credit terminal is high-speed, secure and reliable, because the credit terminal has a great amount of service clients. For non-credit terminal, consumers are most concerned about security issues. Only good security guarantees can make more users use the e-wallet.Combining summary characteristics, the paper analyzes the current mainstream payment transaction authentication, points out the inadequacies of these certifications, and presents PIN authentication process based on one-way hash according to consumption characteristics. So that the electronic wallet credit terminals do not need to enter a PIN code, while the non-credit terminal payment need to enter a PIN code. The development process of smart card identified that the main carrier of the e-purse be the smart CPU card. During the course of CPU card E-wallet identification, there are several disadvantages including a large amount of data transmission, a long time interactive and so on. So this paper presents a precomputed elliptic curve digital signature algorithm which can reduce transaction data transmission, and reduce transaction time, thus ensuring the usage of non-contact type electronic wallet among the high speed payment. In accordance with the above described improved method, the last part of this thesis proposed the ECDSA signature implementation based on the one-way hash of the PIN code, and then determines the best application range of method through the analysis of embodiment.
