Designing And Development Of Credit Card Charging Machine With Printing Function

This paper is based on the analysis of the design, the embedded operating system ofproject management method, and two years of graduate course algorithm analysis, practicalapplication of intelligent control and software engineering。At the same time this paperexpounds the main R&D process of this product in conjunction with "encountered withprinting function handheld consumer credit card machine" in the problem and summarizes theexperience.With the rapid development of electronic and communication of science and technology,people’s requirement on the quality of life, social requirements on production efficiency ismore and more, so that more and more electronic tools who are better operated and moreconvenient and with higher efficiency come out. In this paper, a kind of handheld cardcharging machine with printing function is introduced. It is a kind of portable data processingterminal machine with following characteristics:1. It has operating system and can store data and compute;2. It can communicate with other equipment, such as Wi-Fi, GPRS and Bluetooth;3. It is also a machine with display and input function itself;4. it is with batteries and can work with its own battery etc.But for the handset is extensively applied, and their have different functions indifferent industry. the hand-held card charging machine on the market now is without printfunction or just with one or two functions among the functions we mentioned before, such asthe charging machine of all the bus in Shenzhen city. In real life, people in in differentindustry have different needs of charging machine, so to meet the demands,the handsetmust have abundant functions such as the following fuction: print, online and offline work,wireless data transmission and so on.This paper introduces the handheld machine which is mainly applied to school canteens,shops, business unit staff work attendance fees, property company property home for utilities,parking especially temporary parking roadside field charges. It contains ARM Cortex-M3chip and has print function through thermal print head, and it has more consumption patterns,such as the commodity sale mode based on IC card fixed fees, so that the handset increasedfrom IC card charging machine single to register, membership machine. Handset planningwith virtual serial port communication interface, can realize the data acquisition and computersoftware.
